Metanoia Spinal Flow – Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Metanoia Spinal Flow, your well-being and the integrity of your healing journey are our highest priorities. Our practice is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for nervous system regulation and the release of stored physical and emotional stress. To ensure we can maintain a high standard of care for all clients and respect the time allocated for your session, the following policy applies to all bookings.

1. Cancellation/Rescheduling (12 hours’ notice)

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. We understand emergencies and life events happen, but please provide as much notice as possible so we can offer the space to someone else in need.

2. Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee (less than 12 hours)

If you provide less than 12 hours’ notice, or you do not attend your appointment (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

3. Initial Appointments (payment required at booking)

For Initial Appointments, full payment is required at the time of booking. This includes a non-refundable AU$50 deposit.

4. Session Packages (3-packs)

Metanoia Spinal Flow offers 3-session packages (3-packs) for both group sessions and single sessions at a discounted rate.

Expiry: 3-packs expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

Non-transferable: Packages are for individual use only and cannot be transferred to other persons, family members, products, or services.

Unused sessions: Any sessions remaining after the expiry date are forfeited and are non-refundable (subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).

5. Fees

All current fees are listed alongside their respective appointment types on our booking platform. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

These terms are intended to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Any late cancellation/no-show fees and the AU$50 non-refundable deposit are a reasonable estimate of the loss incurred by Metanoia Spinal Flow due to late changes (including reserved practitioner time and administrative costs) and are not intended as a penalty. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees or other rights you may have under the ACL.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
