What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. We request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
First/Intake and Single Healing Sessions (Appointments)
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee (depending on the appointment type) is now required for intake and single sessions (appointments). If cancellations are made within 12 hours of your appointment, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur; however, as we are a small business, forfeiting the deposit is required to cover the cost of staff time taken - If you cancel within 12 hours, filling that appointment at the last minute is challenging. If you are a no-show, you may be charged for the total amount of your appointment.
By proceeding with your bookings, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy, which is designed to ensure the smooth running of our services and respect for our staff's time.
Our Policy
Any cancellation for sessions (appointments) made for less than 12 hours will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit. The cost will equal 50% of the reserved services or $25, whichever is more. If you are a no-show or cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the total amount of your appointment.
If you are at most 10 minutes late for your service, we may be unable to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time. In a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. If you are a no-show, you will forfeit the cost of your appointment.
Package of Appointments
Most people who engage in the services of Metanoia Spinal Flow, use packages of healing sessions (exclusive of an initial but including the reassessment) for intensive treatments. Intensive treatments occur at the start of care or for acute conditions. The other reason clients purchase appointment packages is for very regular appointments. Terms and conditions of Packages: 12 session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase, 6 session packages must be used within 3 months of purchase. Not transferrable to other persons/family members/products/services.
Payment Plans
Packages are payable upfront; however, if the cost is prohibitive for you seeking treatment, please make time to discuss with Makayla and arrangements may be made.
