
When Energy Gets Stuck: What Your Body Might Be Telling You

“I’m just tired.” It’s something I hear so often. But when we dig a little deeper, “tired” is rarely just about sleep.
Maybe you’re getting 8 hours and still waking up foggy. Maybe you feel restless at night, even though your body is begging for rest. Or maybe you’re dragging yourself through the day with a smile, feeling totally disconnected from your spark.

Energy is more than just physical. Every thought, emotion, and experience we’ve had—especially the ones we haven’t fully processed—leave an imprint in the nervous system. Over time, these build up, forming what we call blockages.
